Raising money to directly support projects in refugee camps.

The Story

Having been to the refugee camp in Dunkerque and Calais, supporting volunteers working in situ as well as direct support to refugees on my visits to the camps but also once seeking asylum in the UK, I am now visiting refugee camps in Greece, notably in Athens, Chios and Lesvos. The situation in these camps is fairly dire, with many people having taken high risks to reach Greece often at great loss. I consider this cause of utmost importance because the sheer scale of human suffering and economic hardship that is going to be sustained by this war for years to come.
