Walking around the world to save it.

Our beloved solidarity coordinator Christelle Berat organised a SOLCIR Lunch conference with MARTIN HUTCHINSON.

There is a British fireman, Martin Hutchinson, travelling all over the world on foot and by bike since 9 years ago!

He has been through all Asia, Africa and South America. It is not every day we meet someone like him.

He gives speeches all over the world to school to raise awareness how important is to take care of nature (he has taken pictures and videos from different places in the world where people do not take care of nature).

Many newspapers speak of him and you can find many videos of him in you tube.

Right now, he’s in Alicante for a few days. Then, he will go towards Andalucia and Portugal. He said that he wants to keep walking or cycling for 9 more years.

He came to EUIPO today to talk about his vision of life, to take care of nature…it was a very inspirational and dynamic talk.

He will give another speech at Hotel Ibis (in front of EUIPO) from 17h30-19h00 this Friday 25/11.

Martin organises another event for this Sunday 27/11 : cleaning the beach at 11h00 (in front of EUIPO and hotel Ibis).
